Monument Valley Panoramic (after sunset)

This panoramic image was taken in Monument Valley about 20 minutes after sunset. The lighting was fantastic and the moon was perfectly positioned. Even with an ultra wide-angle lens I would not have been able to capture the entire scene. In an attempt to capture the full dynamic range of the scene I took three exposures at twelve different angles and stitched them together in Lightroom. The resulting file size is enormous. This photograph could be printed 10 feet x 30 feet and still be amazingly sharp.

Description

All photographs are printed individually by me personally. I print on an Epson Surecolor P9000 printer using Epson UltraChrome® HDX ten-color pigmented ink set. I print on various archival papers, but most are printed on Epson Lustre archival paper. Once printed, I put your print into a heavy-duty carton box and ship to you Priority Mail fully insured.
