Bear River Bird Refuge 2024

We have spent the last few weeks getting familiar with activity at the Bear River Bird Refuge, just outside Brigham City. It is a great place to see lots of different bird activity. Our primary goal was to capture the annual mating dance of Wester and Clark Grebe’s. It took a few trips but we were finally able to capture that amazing feat of nature. In the next few months we hope to photograph the young grebe’s riding on the backs of mom and dad.
